For those who wanted to take a late round shot at Grayson McCall - He is returning to college football another year but transferring.

I don’t remember off of the top of my head. I can try looking it back up on twitter and Reddit and see what it was.

I was just curious because I worked in higher education about six or so years ago and the cap on credit transfers is usually 90 credits into a 120 credit hour undergrad degree. So that’s essentially transferring in three full years of work. However, if the other schools don’t have his degree then things start to get muddy.

That’s apparently been the hold up. These schools he’s been in touch with / they’ve reached out to him, turns out they don’t offer the same degree he’s chasing at Coastal. So he’d be better off staying put, be the big fish in a little pond. Light it up once again and then be the intriguing guy in next years draft.

    • That’s a book of the great life that the Panthers have had. So great to look back on the great players and seasons that we have had. But I think the book could have been twice the size. We have had a good 30 years, up and down the standings. i know we are in a bad spot right now, but hopefully before long we will be climbing back towards that Super Bowl championship
    • LmAO ..it does not make any sense whatsoever why a team that is currently 2-0 would  trade their backup Qb to a team that is 0-2 & in the same NFC conference ? & what is Seattle going to do if Geno Smith is injured ? wouldn't a team that is  currently 2-0 & is quiet  possibly going to the playoffs  want a decent plan B that already knows how to operate their system & has some form of chemistry with their players  , like I said before this is the NFL &teams especially ones like Seattle  are NOT going to trade their backup Qb 2 games into the regular season...just saying
    • Yeah, I can see that happening, but my only thing is, whoever he goes to, it's going to be a bad team. Not a whole lot of difference between us and say Denver, Jax, the Giants or the Colts. Of course, we're probably worse, but not by that much. Manning would have to pick his poison.
