I really don't understand the hate he gets at times.  He's an elite pass rusher. There's a reason why we fielded the offers we did for him. The dude is a very valuable roster piece. 

With that said, we're gonna continue to suck until we fix our coaching and quarterbacking problems.

That just means that many of these early round pass rushers aren’t living up to expectations though? Maybe it’s a high bust potential position which would make it hard to find a replacement.

Burns is elite. The bar to acquire him was set by the rams, offers can only go higher at this point. It’s a win win.

Judon and Crosby have more sacks and have a better all around game. Couple other guys on that list are tied with 10.

Burns is an elite player but that trade haul is going to be hard to live up to.

We will see what happens.

Having an elite edge rusher is nice but if your offense can't score more than 17 a game, you're going to lose a lot of football games.

If that was the case all of these 1st round pass rushers would be in this list though? I get it, I would have done the trade, but it is a premium position. Just look at the average salary for an elite one.

Yea it seems very arbitrary. I’ll die on the hill that burns is overrated by national media because of all the Spider-Man garbage so he’s marketable  He’s good but there are better players with better stats ranked below him on that list.
