Who has been the best post-Cam Panthers QB?

I guess it'd have to be either Kyle Allen or Sam Darnold. They both at least had a few game stretch of not being completely awful. It's not a high bar to clear though.

Bridgewater. Followed by Sam darnold before the falcons game injury last year. He honestly looked relatively good.

It was Kyle Allen.  He was the only one who was able to maximize CMC & consistently get the ball to DJ.  

Heinecke has been fun as hell for Washington but he wasn't at that level yet when he played here. 

Teddy managed but did not elevate.

Darnold has had like 4 good games out of 14.

Mostly trash.

Heinecke has looked serviceable in DC, but he only played like twice for us so we can't really count him as a positive here in Carolina. 

Matt Rhule really found a way to bring out the worst in all his QBs.

It would  be  hard and somewhat unfair to evaluate any QB correctly that had to play behind the horrible offensive line the Panthers had prior to this year,

They were all pretty bad but Teddy probably the best of the bunch.

Pretty wild Kyle Allen's win total is more than Darnold and Baker combined given what we spent for those two.  Compared:

7 wins in 1 season - Kyle Allen - UDFA, GAINED a 5th in a trade

10 wins in 3 seasons - Bridgewater, Darnold & Baker - 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, $53.6 million (accrued total paid, 30 TB+18.8 SD+4.8 BM)

Teddy has been the best of the bunch. Kyle is second.

QB room has been sad ever since Watt destroyed Cams shoulder for good. Hopefully, we finally solve our woes this offseason. It’s quite clear coaching and QB play has held us back.
