If Sam Darnold goes the rest of the season and throw for over 65% 250 ypg and 10+ TDS with no INTs..... you have to keep him around. However, not at premium dollar.

Fine with him as a cheap backup. But there are a lot of potential cheap backups out there....

I don’t think I have ever seen as bad of a Free Agent QB list as this off-season before. 
Usually there is some QB that makes you think “maybe if” but not this year. 
Hope this doesn’t mean we are in for another year of down football. 
NFL has been so bad this year.

Nah. The only QB we should keep is Corral. If we can’t get a top guy in the draft, roll with Corral and see where we end up next year.  This plan doesn’t mean we can’t take another second or third tier guy after the first just to take another shot.

I’m always in favor of keeping players who play well.  If he finishes strong, then he is a valuable backup at least.  A Derek Anderson type for us
