Darnold is the best QB on this team

Bingo!! I fully agree. Plus, Sam Darnold  has been  learning more about how the defense works and the looks they are giving him.

We need to remember Sam is only 25 years old, still learning and could show even more improvement  since he is presently on the best NFL team that he has been on, one that is giving him the protection ever quarterback needs.

I have no idea how Sam's long term career will play out here or someplace else, so my take is we will have to sit back and see what happens the rest of this season before passing complete judgement.

Remember how he looked at the beginning of last year? Darnold looks great until teams get tape on him in a system and pattern him.

All Darnold is going to accomplish for us is making sure we have a pick in the bottom portion of the top 10.

Last year he knew CMC was the savior. I seen a different Sam for this game...

Let's see how he plays against Seattle on the road and then here against Pittsburgh. He has earned another start but he just showed he can be efficient and do his job. Good start and confidence booster. He isn't worth a contract yet.

Anyone who thinks they are going to see a different Sam Darnold is just engaging in self deception. The Jets gave up. They've already benched Zach Wilson too. You have lower standards than the NY Jets. Let that sink in.

All he has to do is be a couple levels above Baker and PJ, for this game he clearly was. FYI that was the best D the panthers faced all season..... at least finesssererer didnt trade a bunch of 1sts, 4s, and good players for russey wilson.....
