It doesn't tank the next coach. We can improve in other areas. Lord willing we might even get a coach who finds a starting QB without needing a 1st pick in the draft as well. Either way we losing everything this year. Poor record and poor pick.

That 3rd and short was a great opportunity to run a play action and get a wide open TE for a TD. That’s a play you might need in a game that matters. Nope, let’s run into the teeth of the defense for a loss.

Here we go again. We're going to ignore the misfires, overthrows, dangerous balls, and flat out not seeing wide open players. Same thing happened with Darnold last year, same thing with "baby GOAT". People looking purely at a team win without analyzing.
