Steve Wilks Likely to Be 'Seriously Considered' for Panthers Full-Time HC

This looks like a well coached team, just severely deprived of talent on offense.  Wilks also needs a chance to hire his own offensive coaches

on the positive side, he is helping to develop Marshall and the defense looks legit

Wilks is exactly what this team and city need. The local guy who players LOVE playing for. He's not flashy, but real. The building has been different since he took over and we don't look like a team about to roll over for a top pick. He using this season to build a winning culture after 2+ years of IDK what?

Give him a 3 year contract with at least 2 years to see what he can do. The defense is showing it can be a top 10 defense. Let's see what a year of picks and FA signing can do for the offense.

IMO, If we don't, he could be attractive to other teams each week and the price goes up and the length of the deal goes up. #Wilksfan

I like Wilks a lot as a leader and a good man.

I'm not convinced he can be a great head coach.

    • Right now I think this: Titans: Ward (possibly Hunter) Browns: Carter (possibly Sanders) Giants: Hunter (possibly Sanders-Sanders fall BIG TIME if not picked here) Pats: Campbell Jags: Graham Raiders: Jeanty Jets: Membou/Warren/Tet Panthers: Options: Warren or Tet, not both, and whatever defensive player we want not named Carter or Graham.
    • I mean, we did just have the worst scoring defense in NFL history. If there was a Jamarr Chase or Justin Jefferson type prospect I'd be pounding the table for him. I like T-Mac and wouldn't be mad about drafting him but I'm not going to pretend that we don't have at least equal needs on the defensive side of the ball.
