Wilks could actually win a handful more games looking at our schedule, would 8 be enough to get the job…

Culture and leadership > than X's and O's.  And a great football head coach will have a really good OC and DC to handle the play design and play calling.

Not sure if Wilkes is that guy, but certainly not sure he's NOT that guy.

Players generally do, even bad coaches.

This is one reason why I always cringe when people talk about letting players have a say in personnel decisions.

I know people aren't gonna want to hear it but if this game continues like it has been on defense, It's going to elevate a lot of people's opinions about Steve Wilks.

I havent lost any faith in Wilks at all but boy oh boy do we need at least half of the offensive staff overhauled.
