Abrams Is literally one of the worst safeties in the league…. Raiders were trying to convert him to LBer like Mark Barron before they pulled the plug.

 

whoever claims him, they are taking on a project.

Hes more of a LB than Chinn, try-hard/big hitter/injuries. Former recent 1st.....if you look...well dont if youre a raider fan....look back at the 1st rounders in the guden era and its beyond awful..... I think abrams is one of three picked in the first for his class and hes the second released before the end of his contract(just in the one class).....lots of mega whiffs...

Raiders waived S Johnathan Abram.

Abram lost his starting job in Week 8 and played just 52 combined defensive snaps over the last two weeks. Duron Harmon and Trevon Moehrig have been Vegas' starting safeties. 2019 first-rounder Abram doesn't have a single NFL season to his name with above a 54.2 PFF coverage grade and might be a candidate to be a dimebacker elsewhere ala Mark Barron -- he just hasn't covered well enough to be an easy fit at safety.

I hate Abram, if we signed it's Robbie Anderson experience all over again. Some JAG who just runs his mouth all the time and does dumb stuff on the field. NO THANKS.

Mike Mitchell sucked when he wasn't playing behind our elite 2013 front 7, and our 2022 front 7 is embarrassing.
