I didn't see that coming. Not mid season.

Reich would be a great QB coach at least. That has been the weakness for a very long time.

Wilks could maybe stay as DC.

You know, Wilks is a good man but the defense lately has left a lot to be desired. I’m not sure we couldn’t benefit from a fresh perspective and new blood on that side of the ball. The D seems to be getting stale IMO.

Wilks doesn't seem to be a fan of 3-4 and the players they pick to run it.

We now have to revamp the defense and sign/draft big boys again.
