Think I found something close to what you want.

It was made all the way back in '97, so I don't know how well it works with a newer Windows operating system like XP or Vista. It might be work trying out.

I don't know if THemeWorld is a safe site to download files from... so do it at your own risk.

thanks, i found that too. what i am looking for is a download that works with stardock window blinds. someone here posted a link to it, it must have been before the crash, and no i can not find it.

Have you done a cache search - you can bring up old threads to the board before the crash if you do a google advanced search. Then enter this website and whatever words you can remember. It'll being up threads - don''t click on that though, it won't come up. Click on cache - it'll being up the page.

Go onto a photo shop type forum, and have someone whip you up one, or if you know anyone with ps skill that could do it.
