Devils are looking suspect ever since they acquired Meier.

We haven’t been great by any means but we didn’t acquire a 30+ goal scorer, we lost one.

Devils defensive breakdowns and great passes by the Sabers lead to 2 on 1 grade As, those can’t be blamed on the goalie.

Oh for sure there is a reason why. But if your goalie has faced 7-8 shots and given up 3 goals. Ouch. At that rate Buffalo would put up a football score. Plus now their 1st string goalie has to go in for an extra game so that’s good for us.

Despite my Devils own head coach apparently trying to sabotage them (or maybe Lindy Ruff had a bout of "Senile"-ism) with putting the awful Mackenzie Blackwood in net instead of Vitek, they still won the game in spite of that and clinched at 100 points.

2 points behind the Canes with Carolina having 2 games in hand.

Canes better keep winning or the Division could get stolen right from under their noses.

Nobody is worried about the little boys of the Hudson. The team across the river is a significantly bigger concern to the Canes that the outcome of the division. Good job barely scraping by Ottawa I guess lol.
