I don't think Monday is even a day where they bring guys in is it?  I mean, you can't fire him without having a replacement you like. 

I mean, it doesn't matter.  I don't actually care about the W/L column.  I just want the games to be entertaining and see growth in players.  Him missing those kicks IMO was actually good in the big picture.
