as of right now do you want wilks as the HC next year

I like Wilks, I really do, but I still want an offensive minded coach. Just look around the league. There's like a new top defense every year. Having a top defense is not consistent year to year. However, you usually see the same top offenses every year. That's just the way the league is setup.

I do too, but I can’t make an effective argument to keep him just yet.

It does need to be remembered though that he’s coaching with a staff he didn’t choose.

I am a Wilks big fan, but offense win games now. It used to be that Defense wins, but they have taken so much from the D, that a defense can not shut down an offense like they did back in the day.

I like Wilks and if you were to tell me now that he'd be our HC next year I wouldn't be mad/annoyed.

But I think we need to go through a thorough process and see who is available/wants the job before committing to anything

Yeah I’d prefer one that can work with our rookie QB and develop him. Wilks is a good leader, but I don’t think he can develop a young QB properly. He will more than likely want to ramp up our defense.

100% of coaches would have played for a 35 yard field goal there. That’s an easy decision. Our kicker just sucks.
