So, which is it then? Are the Panthers building to win mid-season, as in now, or is that something they need to do in the off-season?

Hell if I know. Seems like they have been just throwing poo at the wall and seeing what sticks for years now.

Building a culture to win is doing things in reverse.

You build to win. The culture is the result.

How many teams have a “winning culture” in the nfl?   Steelers.  KC.  Balt.  Pats.     This whole culture thing is overblown.  Build a good team and go win.   Talent and coaching matters.   Culture not so much.

Win of course is my thoughts when seeing the title of the thread!! Winning proves Rhule was the number one problem and we have quality players with a real coach!! Fluke or whatever u want to say last week.. they were a different team!! I hope they carry it on against ATL .. It will be interesting to see the next 3 games.. we will see then if Rhule was the number one problem!! I get the tanking but we have a chance.. we took the division before with a shitty record!!So did Pittsburgh .. and we won a playoff game if I remember right.. I was on the tank til I saw last week!! They looked like a real football team!! Playoffs or bust!!

Literal tanking isn't helpful but winning 3 or 4 or 5 extra games that didn't even matter in the grand scheme of things is why we have been relegated to throwing poo at the wall status. For example ask yourself if you would have happily traded that win streak with baby goat Kyle Allen for the rights to draft Justin Herbert.
