This place runs itself, with minimal upkeep. You have volunteers to be janitors, and we sure as fug have enough controversial takes, threads, to keep people clicking.

If somehow they kept a record of website sales (comps) like in real estate they could easily determine value based upon traffic, Ad revenue and of course whether there is a vip dirty picture section.
