Just to throw another thing in, putting aside the HIPAA silliness, just the fact that medical records exist is enough. Someone would have to be willing to risk a charge of falsifying medical records, and essentially their career, to fake that? And all just to help Fox save face? Doubt it.

All that plus they've actually been taking measures (hand specialist, etc) to try to help him heal more quickly because - as odd as it sounds - Fox apparently would want Delhomme back in if he could get him.

Still, probably won't convince the hardcore conspiracy theorists though. Heck, we had fans dumb enough to believe that Delhomme was married to Fox's daughter
