Could someone give PJ some credit please?

Dude looked good today. Threw some damn nice passes and looked poised. What would you say or do if PJ finished the rest of the season looking like he did today? Yep sounds crazy I know but what if he did? What would you say then about his future here?

I can't lie that I love an underdog and would be a feel good story if somehow it all clicked for him and he had a good rest of the season. It's a long shot I know but I would love to see it.

He did well today, no major mistakes.  A couple of really bad throws but over a good day for him.  He can thank that offensive line who gave him time to throw and open running lanes for our RBs.

What if we gave have more games and he had a chance to develop a little more? Who knows, maybe he turns out a little better than we thought? Maybe his ceiling is a little higher than we thought?

He played well. Also threw some really off target passes. He is who he is and he played to the high mark of his abilities today. He was efficient overall and can’t ask much more of him than that. Doesn’t change that we need to spend our top pick on a QB though heh
