Wilks is not the man to fix this mess.  He is relying on Ben McAdoo and his vast experience to run the offense.  McAdoo, who was passed over for Wilks, is the man who calls the plays. He comes up with a game plan to beat the Rams.  We didn't.  Who do you fire first?

Can’t see that. I think Tepper and Wilks have the understanding that he’s the placeholder unless by some miracle he does an incredible job. And with the QB situation, mounting injuries and offensive ineptness, this team is nowhere near incredible enough to make that happen.

See the AZ game from last year for an example.  And that AZ D was playing better than the Rams have been.
