He is a bum, didn't even know the mascot. He has always been a one trick pony and can only be effective on deep routes. Furthermore, that is only the case when there is a breakdown in coverage. He has suspect hands and blocks like a pylon. And wait there's more! He has an attitude problem. I imagine he would have trouble picking up an offense to truly be of any help. If you want someone to run off coverages, have at it. But we have seen how he acts when he is asked to sacrifice for the team. T. Marshall JR must've smacked Tepper and Rhule's wives on the backside to be stuck behind this dude and Shi Smith.

fug fitterer for paying this jackass

Fitterer drew up the contract, but who really wanted Robbie to get paid?  C'mon man.  You know that answer.  Just like Hurney left us some wonderful parting gifts after he was canned, we are unfortunately going to have to deal with some Rhule's 'leftovers' for the rest of this season and next.  Luckily, he got reigned in last offseason and he got canned before any extensions got signed this season.

I think it's the same if we cut him. Yahoo thinks he ruined his trade value, I could see them letting him sit until the trade deadline and then just cutting him if the Packers don't send us a 6th or something

32. Carolina Panthers (1-5): Robbie Anderson could probably be had for a sixth-round pick, but I doubt anyone wants him after Sunday’s sideline outburst. Matt Rhule’s “The Way of the Panther”plan hoodwinked David Tepper and derailed Carolina.

But almost $10 million in dead cap is significant.  Essentially $1.3M in cap relief...pennies in NFL money, but just getting him off the team is worth it.

This single trade would put us in the positives for the cap next year. We would be sitting at 6.7million available cap starting FA next year. That's before any additional restrucures, extensions, or releases. It's a no brainer.

a) Like you say he drew up the ridiculous deal

b) he shouldnt have been a cuck and go along with it.  It was a bad deal then (he obviously was under contract) and its horrendous now.

If he was opposed to it he better have receipts for tepper that he didnt want to do it

RA's contract makes him untradeable. He had an understandable outburst that got carried away.

He'll be fine. The team will be fine, but it's gonna take a little time to get this group on track again.

Hoping Wilkes can begin the process, but he can't ever come out with an offensive gameplan like that again. Ever.

    • I think it will be hard to not go edge in the second if we go QB first. Say you have Starks, one of Bond/Egbuka, and maybe one Edge (don't have a name to throw out that is end of 1st round projected and may slide)... do you still go Starks? Just curious. I haven't looked into starks much, as I've been focused on QB, WR, and DL prospects.
