Who gives a poo. He was a top high school recruit that went to a talented team and put up great numbers like he was suppose to. You bring this up and we go in circles.
Auburn before Cam, LSU before Burrow, Oregon before Herbert, Tennessee before Manning, Texas Tech before Mahomes. The college doesn’t make the player.

Oh and don’t draft Levis because Kentucky produced Couch, The Hefty Lefty, and Cobb had to become a WR in the NFL.

I think it's the concept of having done more with less advantages.

It is a valid point. The windows all of a sudden are tighter and top of it your guy isn't getting the separation he was because everyone is fast.

Or the bottom dwelling team doesn't have anybody who can catch.

When a guy has an uphill battle in the first place, not the best linemen, not the best WRs, not the best TE, not the best running back, but as QB is leading this team, making their parts better as a whole!?

That's your guy. That's who Corral was (1st string Corral not Rhule 3/4 squad Corral)as a QB and Levis is showing the same qualities on a non-powerhouse team (although he's looking a little different without his former OC), and being able to elevate other guys that "shouldn't even be there".

Corral had AJ Brown and Elijah Moore. His offense was designed where he knew where the ball was going before the snap or it was a RPO with only one or two passing options. This is why he struggled as a rookie. He has to learn how to sit back and go through progressions which is why he is considered a project QB. Also Ole Miss is looking just fine without him. That’s all Kiffin.

Yeah Stroud has a loaded team and he puts up insane numbers to match it. He sits in the pocket and goes through his reads. Burrow has an insanely loaded roster in college and put up big numbers Same for Mac Jones. It’s not like Stroud isn’t throwing against NFL CBs in the Big10. He checks every box you want in a QB.

If the question is Stroud or Young it's Stroud. The constantly shrinking QB isn't a trend a can relate to. Baker is two inches taller than Young and he's having his issues adjusting after five years. The NFL is hard enough as it is, you need every advantage, technical AND physical.

The question is adversity, there will be much more with a struggling NFL franchise that's in no way a frontrunner. Can he elevate that squad?

That’s fair, but it’s hard to hold it against him that he has played so well he has never really had to face adversity. It’s more of a question mark than a negative IMO. Even in their 2 losses last year he still played great.

exhibit #58 why fitt needs to hit the bricks

To be fair, Tepper was standing over his shoulder in the draft confidential telling him "The time is now", and Rhule was like "I got Bill on speed dial I'll call him right now!", and Fitt was just like alright whatever lol
