I think the standard action is to hold them more accountable than the average person. Fact is, this is a creature comfort that is perfectly acceptable if folks are responsible enough to do their job.  I suspect in most cases these guys know what is expected of them and work hard.  Those that don't likely wont last whether there is a ping pong table there or not.
