Of course he likes Teddy, because he had Teddy in New Orleans and he won with Teddy! This goes to show you how good coaching can maximize the personnel they have around them. Was Carolina Teddy super different from NO Teddy? No, but Carolina coaching didn't know Teddy's strengths and weaknesses and did't set him up to succeed. Rhule expected Teddy to carry Rhule, not the other way around.

If we end up with the first pick, being able to start fresh with a QB like Stroud might be very intriguing to him.

I know many hate him but if there were some way we could get him, including giving up a 2024 1st round pick.  I'd do it.
