I know the team is just bad right now, but Baker's demeanor here compared to everywhere else he's been told me everything that I needed to know. 

He did the same with Cam, he literally had Cam wearing Panthers gear for his presser vs how he normally dressed. 

His "brand" suffocated personalities that didn't fit his taste. When guys can't be themselves they typically perform at a lower level, penalizing the team in TC bc of a endzone celebration with Higgins and Baker. 

Fug that gerbil looking fuggity fug.
