I do understand why he is making this so hard.  He said he was only 4 years in on this business.  From a 30000 ft view this is what you do.  Hire consultants to analyze your franchise.  Hire a football minded president.  Then hire a football minded GM.  Then get the fug out of the way and let them hire the coach and you just sit in the corner and fuging watch and learn.
