Steve Smith just mentioned he had players reach out to him asking what they should do as far as a career with the team. Listen here live:

I wonder what some of the players on the team really think. Also any post from former players?? Post what you have got here. General discussion wanted on what you think the players are saying/feeling about the move.
 

We did have some players defending Rhule recently, and you wonder if they have faith in the direction of the team. Smitty compared it to the Clausen year when we didn’t have a lot of hope.

I heard him say one player reached out to him.  He shared to that player to keep grinding get better, bc the franchise will reward you going through this time of ambiguity. He also shared that this is a tryout period for the new regimen and possibly other teams.
