He was always tied to Rhule so not surprising, but on the surface it's completely absurd that McAdoo has stuck around and the DC gets canned when the D has actually been legit and the O is historically bad.

That’s fine, but the rushing 3? At least blitz on fugging third down. You can’t sit in zone and get no pressure. Snow made the calls.

Yes he did and prior to this season we would have press man with 4-5 rushers on third down... Steve is very aggressive blitzing on downs one and two but tends to play a 15 yard off zone on 3rd.
