Tepper is hiring an experienced HC. Rhule spoiled it for the upstarts like the folks you guys love to mention.

Agree. If it was me I'd go Ben Johnson or Ken Dorsey. Risky but payoff could be huge

Kellen Moore is my Favorite. His system is legit and that's with a backup QB. Reminds me of a young Payton.

I don’t want someone who has one year of success as a coordinator and I don’t want Dan Quinn. I also don’t want another defensive minded HC. Get a freakin offensive guy in here and hire an actual NFL DC. Maybe promote Wilks.

I prefer other OC candidates out there than those two but end of day i'll take anything that understands how to coach an offense.

Idk if that is accurate. He clearly learned his lesson going the college route (which was stupid to start) but I think he would go the OC/DC route. If so, he will go after someone who has worked under a proven top 10 HC... so Ryans

Didn't Wilks get DC control taken from him by Rivera one year? Maybe that was Eric Washington after Wilks left for AZ, i can't remember

Bieniemy comes to mind but he's gone 4 cycles now without a HC offer. I'm not sure what the deal is with him, but nobody seems to want to hire him
