This organization is all about analytics but obviously pay no attention whatsoever to actual STATS. 

Baker sucked, had one good year, yet...Baker,Baker,Baker. You could look at his stats and could've said no thanks.

Zylstra didn't have the big name or all the measurements but he was clutch. You gave clutch away for nothing. Drafted the guy, he developed and you chose a non-factor instead.

This organization isn't analysing a damn thing it's agenda driven which is stupid in football as well as any other business. Thus the absolutely brain dead sh*t coming from the Panthers organization.
