You can't do a deliberate Stephen Ross but you can do things like:

1) start XFL Legend PJ Walker which could be worse than Baker

2) Trade CMC for a late 1st

3) Put guys like Burns or Moore on the IR for ingrown nail

4) Start TMJ

 

Do that and this team won't even sniff winning another game

Head into 2023 with a top 2 overall pick, an additional 1st round pick and high second round picks. Give those to a new coach and let him cook with Fitterer

 

I don't want a 7-10 or 5-12, just do it right and take the tank to the top of the draft.

CMC's a dangling carrot for the next coach they're not going to move him before then
