I use to be optimistic but at some point you have to be a realistic and just know our coach sucks.

Is Tepper still the owner?  Then no, Rhule is not gone.  This is just more proof of how the team is trying to make Rule look bad, or something like that.  Because sloppily dressed ex-cooks turned head football coaches are never wrong.
