Fire Fox and all his flunkies. Probably fire Hurney too. Hire Russ Grimm head coach and tell him I want an aggressive defense and a balanced offense with a Quarterback guru to train the next QB. Heart to heart with Peppers offer him 9 million/yr x 3 guaranteed take or leave it.(I expect he will leave) Talk to Detroit about their first round pick. Get into first round and draft a QB(I like Sam Bradford or Jake Locker).

Fire Hurney. Fire Fox. Just clean the whole house out.

As far as who to hire to be our next coach and next GM, doesn't the GM dictate everything? You bring in a GM... and doesn't he find a coach they work together? More often than not? I hear this talk about Weis being our offensive coordinator and I'm like... SLOOOOOOOW DOWN PEOPLE! :)

I agree with bring in a run oriented coach, pass second. Our run game is stellar. No since revamping everything.

Resign Thomas Davis

Listen to Peppers offers, but also keep a new contract on the table

Restructure Jake Delhommes contract

Extend Deangelo Williams

Make sure Rosario and Barnidge are locked up(I'm not aware of their contract details)

Let King walk

Offer Richard Marshall a contract but don't pull out all the stops for him

Attempt to trade or release Damione Lewis(get mad)- I realize he has been our only healthy DT but he makes way too much money to be mediocre

Restructure Kemo's contract

Perhaps sign Anthony Montgomery

If Peppers leaves I go hunting for diamonds in the rough. Maybe take a chance on Jarvis Moss.

Cut Nick Hayden

If I'm Jerry Richardson, I look at this...

After holding the Browns to seven points Sunday, the Cincinnati Bengals defense is officially the toughest unit to score against in the NFL.

Numbers like that usually get attention from owners looking for new leaders. That's why it's fair to wonder if Bengals defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer will make the head coaching interview circuit this January.

With defense on top, Zimmer enjoys holiday
