CMC injury status?

I love the guy but CMC has some serious durability problems. I hate it for him but we as a fanbase have to look at it rationally. And for the love of god, McAdoo has to stop running him right up the middle so much bc that is not helping this situation.

Does he have a durability problem or have they created one through misuse

Honestly, I'm not even mad at Rhule about this.

You're paying him a fortune to play, so he should play.

In a vacuum it makes sense to keep him out there, he's being compensated very well to play a ton of football. 

However, with the current coaching staff, it's kind of been a waste the past two+ years.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport says there is "still optimism" that Christian McCaffrey (quad) will play in Week 4. 

McCaffrey has sat out back-to-back practices with the quad injury, but Rapoport says that barring a setback he should be "OK." Consider McCaffrey on the questionable line for now, but as fantasy managers know with McCaffrey, every week is a bit of an injury report ride.

Nobody.

This is just a running joke within the league now. Even if he plays this weekend it's only a matter of time. It was so stupid to sign him to that extension at the time with no starting QB in place and it only looks worse and worse as time goes on when we are relegated to trading for retread QB's who take us nowhere and are mediocre at best.

Anyone remember CJ Anderson? It's crazy how we moved on from Ron Rivera for who we thought was going to be a young and innovative mind only to see ourselves fall victim to the same stubborn shenanigans.
