What age is right to take your kid to BOA?

Sorry to divert from a big win but I’m contemplating taking my son to his first panthers game this weekend and wondering what age is optimal based on previous experience.

It's passive, so no worries.  The rowdy days are long gone and the reason it's no fun anymore.  You sneeze too loudly and people text security on you.

Never too young to start memories with him.  Inaugural season my son was 2.5 years old.  We lived within a few minutes of Death Valley, host to their 1st season.  He was young enough to sit on my lap and I didn't need to get him a ticket.  We went to 4 games that year.

To this day the Panthers is "our thing".  Even when apart we don't miss a game together without communicating in some way during the game.

I took my daughter to first game at 10. 
Normal seats 320 section. 
‘if you are in a panther section maybe younger IMO.

Took my son when he was almost 3, walking up to the upper 500 section was a chore, but he loved it. Didn’t have any issues with rowdy or obnoxious drunks.

I would think a 1pm game is a lot safer.  Less drunk people there then than the 4pm or 8pm games 

most people see a kid, they behave better.

some of course, it doesn’t matter 

there is also a number than you can text for security if it gets out of hand.  

if you go have fun and make memories, win or lose
