So the 13th worst head coach in NFL history defeated the 7th worst coach in NFL history (going into this game).  A win is a win I suppose, but it's also all about perspective.  

We are bad, but the Aints are worse.  I'd like to think we laid some foundational blocks of momentum that will carry into future games, but I don't think we did.  We just beat a team that happens to somehow be worse than us.

That Achilles injury completely changed him as an athlete. Won the McD AA slam dunk contest in HS and I can't recall him ever dunking a ball in college.

I think he ended up having three Achilles ruptured before he finally hung up the cleats.

Haven't we been beating Arizona pretty consistently no matter how bad our teams  have been since 2017 ended?  

Would not be  suprised to win next game as well.

49ers Rams and Bucs after that might he a little ugly though.

As teams start collecting more and more tape on us its going to get uglier and uglier as the schedule gets harder

I get your point, I really do, but teams in the nfl dont miraculously change their MO 4 games into the season.  What they have in place is what they are running with and after 3 games it aint pretty.   We need to score points to win games and what we are doing fundamentally isnt that.  We can debate about why that is but the larger point is our offense is complete poo.

When you're almost certainly not going to make the playoffs and look to have no future for the coaching staff, QB position, and very possibly GM I don't think it's ever too early to think about draft position. It's all we have to root for.
