after watching Brees and his performance last nite with so many receivers, I have to wonder if our receivers poor performance in general cant be directly attributable to delhommes poor throws.

I think we should try jarret with Moore for a few weeks and see how he does.

We will see what Moore dose with him but if you ask me the knock coming out of Collage was he could not separate and it seems to be the case if you ask me. He should be throwing DBs around like rag dolls but they always seem to get good pos on him and he can get away from them also.

Unlike Smith this year who has been but Delhomme always throws under and makes him a DB.

jarrett will never be a legit #2 reciever.

while he does have good hands, his inability to get seperation and lack of breakaway speed is what will keep in at best #3 on anyone's roster.

with that in mind, i wouldn't mind keeping him around. his size and almost sure hands should make him a viable red zone threat.

people seem to think the fact he doesn't have a lot of catches means he isn't able to get seperation.....but he gets enough and more than Moose. He just has few reps. Now I will agree I don't think he is a legit #2 right now.....but you need more than 2 WRs. He is a legit #3 who isn't used enough or properly.....with a remotely functional QB and playcalling he would be a legit threat b/c his hands are that good.

this idea of using so many 2 WRs sets is just Fox's preference now....and another reason the offense stinks. There aren't enough options on passing downs....and Moose is hurts the team. Moore or Jarrett as a #3 in a regular gameplan would make the offense better.

to compare his seperation to a WR like Smitty is absurd though.
