George Seifert has only one less Super Bowl ring as a head coach than Belichick, along with one of the highest winning percentages of any head coach in NFL history.

Anybody want him?

Seifert rode the coat tails of Walsh.

Wrong. I'd feel the same way if the roles were reversed.

And no, outside of being in the Patriots system, and having Tom Brady, I wouldn't want Belichick, same as I wouldn't want Cowher without the Steelers support structure or Mike Shanahan without John Elway. Belichick was a mediocre coach at best until Brady came along, and even that didn't happen until Drew Bledsoe got injured.

  Early game today. The Hornets are playing a little better overall, especially on offense. That said, a Hornets' player can get kneed in the throat and get called for the foul.
