Kaye was previously with Pro Football Network working with guys like Aaron Wilson but will now be joining Ellis Williams on the Observer's Panthers beat.

From what I've seen of him, he's pretty good.

I think they were trying to replicate the success Matt Stafford had moving from the Lions to the Rams, but Matt Ryan isn't Matt Stafford.

Chris Ballard and Ed Dodds have been considered two of the best personnel guys in the league for a while now, but their most recent big moves were trading draft capital for Carson Wentz and Matt Ryan.

Goes to show how quickly things can go south, I guess.

I don't think Ellis Williams has that identity either.
