I never said Jake was playing, learn to read. I have said from the beginning Jake's finger is really broken. I have not once said he could or could not play with the broken finger only that the team is not lying about the injury.

So your only evidence supporting your argument is that a high school girl once played through pain and that is somehow supposed to translate into an argument that Jake really has a broken finger? What does that have to do with anything? Do you actually read your posts?

Going to the ER for wearing your tin foil hat to tight does not mean you are experienced in the medical community.

I'm not experienced in the medical community, but I am very experienced with HIPAA. I once keyed in insurance claims for a PPO for a summer job and I had to sign all sorts of paperwork that I wouldn't reveal any of the information I entered into to anyone. It was a bunch of HIPAA stuff.

Google HIPAA. It's the reason why doctors during press conferences about high-profile patients can barely say anything at all. The poo that JOAT would be in if someone found his post (assuming he's not just random full-of-poo kid) would be incredible.

I have meet JOAT on numerous occasions so have most of the mods and senior members. He has never been wrong about anything even times he posted stuff before it came across the wire. Why I believe him with all of his creditability over you with no leg to stand on.

Who is he? What's his job? Why is he so stupid as to post someone's confidential medical information on an Internet message board?

I have as well, and I completely trust his information, especially over some goofball conspiracy theory.

This whole idea was ridiculously stupid and out of touch with reality to begin with.

I know a little about HIPPA as well. Fwiw, I think that accessing a player's medical records unless you have a specific work related need to see them is immoral and should be grounds for dismissal. But as far at the legal part of it, the poster is merely mentioning information that is already available, so its a gray area as to whether or not HIPPA is being violated. If he or she really does have access to Jake's medical records.

Yep. It's hardly "confidential" when it's been announced in a press conference
