the dude has no chin or neck.

horrible statement. did he write that himself? guy sounds like he has an IQ of a turnip.

oh...lol at he has no criminal record, in fact nothing could be further from the truth...he's been arrested three times, has he not? so what if he hasn't been found guilty...that isn't exactly screaming model citizen.

they are trying to make it sound like this clown was sitting there just minding his own business and the big bad beason comes and hits him in the head and he's sitting there wondering why someone on his favorite team just attacked him.

*Note* If Fiz happens to read this. These douchebags are exactly what I am talking about when I say "fashionable muscle," and they are the reason I don't want to be a guy who works out in a gym. For fear of one day owning a low-cut Prada blouse that was mistakenly placed in the men's section.

big difference between good muscle and popcorn muscles

those guys probably do DB curls in the squat rack.

This story dosen't really sound like the one Looper has been saying. BTW the best quote of all time would is "Yeah, I hit him. It might cost me a hundred grand, but you don't go around telling people I'm doing coke, and frontin' like you play in the league."

typical lawyering

If a murderer names the gun store where he bought his murder weapon, do people blame the gun store owner?

Sorry, but public information is public information. And arrest records and all the information within, including the address of the accused, are exactly that; public information. Posting his address, in any form of media is 100% legal, and in no way makes the site liable.

Not arguing with Panthro's decision. He's in a position to make a judgement call. And in this case he made the right one. Because in addition to posting the address of someone with an arrest record, the poster urged the readers to take action against him. If something did happen to him, the site would possibly be liable, but 99 times out of 100, it wouldn't hold up in court.

If you post his address, someone reads it here, and beats him up outside his house, the site is blameless. You could just as easily blame the phone book. So, in summation, post his address, lock the thread, and let people send the magazines on their own.

But arrest records are supposed to be public information. You don't want your face and address blasted all over the interwebz, don't start stupid bar fights.

Sheriff's sites have a reason for putting addresses online. What compelling reason would this site have for that?

This guy's address was put up because people are mad at him for getting Beason in trouble. If anything happened and this site was the source of the address, yes they could be named in an action. Even if that action failed, they'd still have to spend money defending themselves.

Again, why take the risk? Panthro was right to remove it.

Funny thread. My only contribution to this thread is that I have seen plenty of people snorting coke out on the lake. Never seen Beason though and I SERIOUSLY doubt he did if he beat that douche up for suggesting it.

My respect for Beason has gone way up after this thread. It's too bad he didn't hurt that guy more severely.

Keg is the biggest f*cking bullsh*tter on the planet. I can totally see him pulling that 'coke' story right out of his ass just to have something to talk about. So his long history of pathological lying and scamming will come into play when this goes to court.

Makes sense.

I thought you said that you were with him when it happened. Then, your posts are based on a waitress as the place.

I think The Looper is full of poo.

I think you're probably right.

I think everyone has known one of "those" guys.....reality is after college and the older you get....it is looked at as lame/sad rather than cool/funny.

yep. I know one too. It really is pathetic :nonod:

I just thought of this. Mr. Flinstone has been parading around these clubs as a Carolina Panther. People now know him, so the gig is up. No more free stuff. He is now only 'the guy that got beat up by a Carolina Panther'. It's kind of ironic.
