It's one game, so I am not going to draw many conclusions and certainly not many beyond decisions and performances in one game.

It's just one game, but it's kinda not.

We saw the run defense be garbage through most of last year. That it starts off looking the same is...discouraging.

They had 8 sacks and we had 0. Ugh, Riddick may just indeed be missed.

Looking for droped passes. I remember 2 for the Browns but wanted to see how that played into the passing game and pass D. Couldn't find it tho.

Honestly, I started feeling thus way last year, but I feel like Week 1 of this season confirmed it...  YGM seems like a bust.

the whole D line besides Burns seems like a bust. And Burns isn't as good as people say he is. Its been years and hes the king of "Almost got it." Ive seen him whiff on so many sacks and that stupid play of him hugging Brisetts leg while Brisset just throws the ball away got me fuming. Burns is a decent DE but he's no super star. And everyone else on the dline is a god damn bum.

Burns would be a perfect #2 DE if we had a bonifide #1 Peppers type on the other side.

Yep, like I said, I am not looking for a huge move toward the middle in that rating, unfortunately.  We entered this game with it as a concern, the results confirmed that concern (or made it a fear), and the results Sunday would have been worse had the Browns committed to the run for the stretch where they seemed to confuse Brissett with Rodgers.  Our opponent Sunday could abuse us again in that area.

If we are walking away with any conclusions from week 1, it is that this specific area of concern in genuine.  Nor do I think Snow has any answers, and there may not be any good ones on the roster.

They were officially credited with 4 sacks. Myles Garret lead the team with 2 sacks with 4 other Cleveland defenders recording a 0.5 sack

Lol my bad. It was their preseason stats. Tuesday and lots of stuff still not updated. Good catch, I was like where the hell did some of those come from.
