Would you be ok keeping Rhule for a few more games if he fired Snow and let Wilks run the defense?

Phil Snow literally has no idea how to shut down a run game. His wacky gap alignments are college crap that has been called out by several opposing coaches. Steve Wilks is a qualified defensive coach. Could he call a better game than Snow? I mean probably.

What is Matt Rhule even good at by the way? Could he call plays on offense or defense? What does he even do?

Wilks was not a good DC.  He was great as a DB coach.

Some coaches just need to find their level, and it's ok if their level isn't "head coach".

If we are 1-4 or some poo in a few weeks he will have to give up somebody as a sacrifice to appease the Tepper God. Snow? Maybe. Then I’m sure he would just replace him with an assistant DL coach who he was friends with at Baylor or Temple and has no playcalling experience.

The college rah rah BS schtick doesn't work in the NFL.  Corny dad humor? Who knows.

Naw. Just fire them both and hand it over to the interm coaches we picked up. Let the ST guy do the HC stuff and McAdoo and Wilks cordinators. Every game becomes an audition in live action practice. It would be such an instant improvement over that duo of endless BS.

No. None of those guys are that good at their current job. All of them should get axed.

I would trust Luke Kuechly more as coach than any of these guys. 

If Vrabel can do it, Luke sure as hell can.
