Are there any Scott Fitterer defenders left?

I said after last year Rhule should've been sent packing and Fitts should be right behind him. I'm still there.

I'm not totally there on Fitts yet simply because we don't know to what extent he is required to follow Rhule. I'd like to see him one offseason without this chucklehead of a coach.

No thanks. He needs to take just as much blame as Rhule for following him blindly if thats what he is doing, if not his moves and drafting has been subpar.

He did not have to sign on to be Rhules yes man, he could have said thanks, but no thanks like other candidates did, but he did not have any other real offers to be a GM, so he chose to be our figurehead.

If you're willing to take a GM job in title only then you aren't GM material. This dude can GTFO too.

There's only 32 GM jobs in the NFL. Sometimes you take the job even though it isn't an ideal situation to get your foot in the door.

Or he could have thought like anyone with any football knowledge other than Tepper that Rhule would have and should have been fired at the end of last year.

What we've seen this offseason, the problem isn't totally on Fitts. Rhule has conducted this team like a pop warner tryout. At halftime in game 1, I'm not ready to say this is all Fitts fault that Rhule looks like what we've all said for 2 years, a piss poor college football coach.

Entire house needs to be cleaned, we half assed it with Marty and Ron and we are worse off than before. NO leftovers, period.

    • been living in town since March of last year after spending 15+ years out on a farm in the middle of nowhere.  Snow was beautiful out there, but always meant a lot of work dealing with the long driveway and long dirt road out and onto paved roads that were the last in the county to get plowed. On normal days it always took 20 minutes to get anywhere. when it snowed...yeah. forget about it for a couple days. still had to go to work, so i'd have to drive on all these narrow and windy snow covered backroads after dealing with my driveway and putting up with the nasty red mud slush on the dirt road. if there was an emergency or some kind of urgent issue that required you having someone drive in or going out, it was just a major stressor.  anyways, i'm just looking forward to snow in the new house in town, where my driveway is really short and the roads are plowed. i want snow that requires no work or stress on me. most people probably love the idea of being snowed in out in the country. been there. done that. i'm looking forward to snow coming in town and being able to get out and about if i need. hopefully we have some this year.
    • I don't think it will be a complete stomping at all. That's not really the 2024 KC team. They have only scored 30 points once this season(shootout versus TB) and their biggest margin of victory has been 13(vs. the Saints). I guess they clearly show better versus the NFC South but not THAT good. Not by their recent years standard.
