Scott Fitterer says plan is to keep Baker Mayfield and PJ Walker as the only 2 QBs on active roster.

After 4 games, PJ will go to the practice squad and it will be Baker and Darnold. Until then, we have Eason on the practice squad. I imagine Eason gets cut to move PJ over, though I think Eason could possibly be better than PJ. Either way, in a few weeks Darnold will be the backup.

I don't think there is a better option than Darnold available. Anyone brought in would be at a disadvantage to Darnold simply because he knows the playbook and has been in the system now for several months.

Two are on injured reserve one is on the practice squad hence two on the ACTIVE ROSTER.
