When he doesn’t focus which was half of Jacksonville under Urban. Dude made plays and catches, only reason I really watched him was he was a wavier wire player for me in fantasy the past two years.

Thats what I somewhat remember, he was going to a "weapon" ala CMC-lite. Still I normally have a good grasp of the recent drafts and he slipped through. 

If its for what is said- aka late round pick, I approve. 

I need to check on if hes able to return kicks/punts.....
