Once again, I know Baker is better than Sam Darnold, but let's not act like he is a top 20 QB in the NFL or a team wouldn't have had to pay to get rid of him to a team with a desperate coach trying to save his job. Baker can get you 8-9 wins in a bad nfc, but he is not leading your team to a super bowl. He has not had a good camp, he got put in a tough situation so he shouldn't be expected to, but he has thrown a pick every practice and that matches him leading the league in picks....

Incorrect. Mayfield was ranked as high as the #8 QB in 2020 through the injury in 2021. During one stretch he was ranked as high as #3 by PFF. He's top 15 at least. We'll see what he does this year, but Darnold was the 32nd ranked QB, and Mayfield outplayed him in 2021 with 6 injuries and amongst the worst WR rooms in the NFL, with fourth string tackles.
