Carryovers from the current administration

The entire staff will probably be gone for the most part but here are the biggies:

Fox needs to go (self explanatory)

Davidson needs to go (probably more self explanatory than Fox)

Crossman needs to go

Jerry Simmons needs to go (strength and conditioning goes hand in hand with staying healthy, something that seems impossible for this team to do)

Name one team in the NFL that has stayed completely healthy.

Injuries happen all the time, it's a collision sport at the highest level. We're probably right around the average for injuries this year compared to other teams.

Totally agree. I feel like too often the strength and conditioning coach is just a scapegoat for injury plagued teams. Coaching strength and conditioning isn't like designing an offense, it's pretty much the same throughout the league.

Every team has it's fair share of injuries, and the teams that have the most change from year to year, there is a lot of luck involved. Sometimes it's a starter that gets the injury, sometimes is the special teamer.

A different training regimen isn't going to stop a ligament from tearing when a 300+ pound linemen rolls up on your leg. If someone must be blamed, it's physics. The only kind of injuries that are preventable would be pulled hammies and groins, not broken ankles and blown out ACL's.

The best way to go about preventing injuries it to learn how to avoid the awkward hits, Williams has been doing a good job of this (Peyton Manning is the expert). However, a lot of the time this isn't an option.

I would keep Meeks, Davidson, Magzu (or whatever how you spell his name), Skipper, & maybe Hurney. The rest can leave.

Sounds good to me. I wouldn't mind keeping Chryst and Smith though. They've developed great TE's and LB's, respectively, all throughout the depth chart.
