John Fox remember when you brought Jake off the bench for the remarkable 2003 season. The Cardiac Cats were alive and well.

John Fox remember in 2004 after an 1-7 start Jake and company brought us in the verge of the playoffs.

John Fox remember in 2005 when Jake and Smitty took the Panthers all the way to the NFC Championship game with an almost none existent running game?

John Fox remember in 2006 when injuried just killed our season. Jake gave us a chance?

John Fox remember in 2007 when we lost Jake and it showed how good he was for our team.

John Fox remember in 2008 how Jake guided us to a 12-4 record but seem to be struggling? And the struggle got worse in the Playoffs.

John Fox remember earlier this season when Jake kept throwing Interceptions and losing games for us.

Jake was wonderful for our past, he has given us some great memories. He will be an Icon for the Panthers providing you don't allow him to destroy all those wonderful memories. Jake WAS the past, He ISN'T our future. If you don't let go of the past..... You will go with him.

It is sad to watch him struggle and worse watching you continue to hold onto the past as if he will snap out of it and return to his 2003 glory.

Wonder if we will be saying next year. Remember when John Fox was our coach?
