I know it is the first preseason game but it looks to me that tacking is good and guys are in their lanes and moving toward the ball.

Couldn’t agree more, last year we were poo. Looking really well coached and organized out there, will definitely help our field position battle immensely.

Absolutely. It looks like an unrecognizable panthers special teams unit..which is a good thing. Helps having a great punter and good kicker. Hopefully this translates to the regular season

This is actually the first time in a long time where we are going into a season and I’m not worried about the kicker.

First time in awhile that everyone looked engaged and following through. Kicker, punter, and tackling looks better than years past. Will be nice to not lose a game or two due to ST this season, hopefully.

Looked good up until that last quarter and a half. I think they'd sent in a lot of the guys that are just hoping for a ST slot. On one play there were a ton of missed tackles until JJ Jansen and his walker made it down there to clean things up.

Still, that first ST group was great on kick off coverage and blocking for the FG team. Gonzalez and Hekker look like a good duo to keep.
