I wouldn't be surprised if he was given the coaches we have, yes. Players development is influenced by the coaches and other players around them. Very possible Willis is in a better situation and further along. 

Titans had the most in-season roster injuries in NFL history and still got the #1 seed, yeah their coaches are insane.

Agree on this, really like what I’m seeing. It’s the playing Elflien and Jordan as starters that is driving me crazy.
